The Opportunity

Fisher Phillips is an international labor and employment law firm, hiring a talented Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to support the needs of the firm. In this role, the LMS Administrator is responsible for organizing, implementing, and overseeing various aspects of Fisher Phillips' learning and development programs. Position Responsibilities

  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of all mandatory and ongoing training sessions to maximize participation and effectiveness.
  • Proactively ensure that all training materials and resources are up-to-date, accessible, and available for all participants, supporting seamless learning experiences.
  • Efficiently manage the learning mailbox, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries to support employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Continuously update and refine training content to ensure alignment with established learning programs and organizational goals.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Learning Management System (LMS), including managing system updates, creating and enrolling courses, and tracking participant progress.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training programs, driving continuous improvement.
  • Produce detailed reports on training participation, completion rates, and overall effectiveness to inform strategic decisions and enhance learning outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate training schedules, content, and expectations to employees, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Accurately track and maintain records of training attendance, completion, and certifications, ensuring compliance and supporting future training needs.
  • Utilize evaluation data to recommend and implement improvements and adjustments to training programs, enhancing their relevance and impact.
  • Actively promote learning opportunities and encourage employee participation, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Foster a supportive and positive learning environment that encourages personal and professional growth within the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and other training-related tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills (i.e., tables, sorting, filtering, and v-lookup)
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Education and Experience

  • Law firm or professional services experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of LMS Administration
  • 2 years of related job experience.
