Job Summary
The Director, B2B eCommerce Marketing, Media & Channel Relations will be responsible for steering the marketing, channel relations, and business development strategy, and growth for fpSOLUTIONS. The successful candidate will work closely with our Chief Executive Officer to play a pivotal role in building and shaping our brand into a nationally recognized, best-in-class provider of HR workplace compliance solutions.
The candidate will be tackling complex marketing, media, and technology challenges to help our business grow. This person will be someone who can tell a story with data, see the larger picture to formulate testing hypotheses, be confident to take high-pressure calculated risks, manage expectations, and be a leader to execute action plans.
Location: Hybrid (Prefer Pacific time zone, but not mandatory, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Irvine (CEO location), Seattle, and many other locations, including Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, New York and more).

The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $215,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
