Fisher Phillips, a premier international labor and employment law firm, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this essential role, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our services, directly supporting our attorneys in delivering exceptional client service and upholding our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Operations/Administrative Support: Assist with preparing office expense reconciliation reports, invoice submissions, event planning, and provide back-up support to the Office Administrator.
  • Legal Assistance: Process conflict check requests, prepare and submit intake documents for new cases/matters, ensure compliance with conflict requirements, prepare engagement letters and audit response letters.
  • Visitor and Meeting Coordination: Meet/Greet visitors, manage deliveries, and support new hire onboarding.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and juggle multiple assignments while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • College degree and minimum of 2 years secretarial or administrative experience in a related environment is required; 3 years legal experience is preferred.
  • Intermediate-advanced skill level in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe. Experience using Chrome River, Concur, InTapp, and iManage helpful.
  • Experience with working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to accomplish tasks quickly and thoroughly with a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the firm business process and business operations.

The hourly rate range for this position is $26.44/hr. - $36.06/hr. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, location, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
