At Fisher Phillips, Partner Recruiting is a strategic growth function that directly supports the firm’s expansion across markets, practices, and industries. The Partner Recruiting Manager plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding high-performing lateral partners, attorney groups, and selecting senior attorneys who align with the firm’s long-term business strategy.

This role combines strategic sourcing, project management, market intelligence, and stakeholder partnership. • Support onboarding and integration of lateral partners and groups in collaboration with firm departments.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from offer through launch and early integration.

Team & Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with other members of the Partner Recruiting and broader Attorney Recruiting teams.
  • Share best practices and contribute to consistent, high-quality service across the function.
